I’m a CSI PhD student at Emory University. Researching at the intersection of statistics, genomics, and machine learning.
My research interests include:
- Spatial & single-cell transcriptomics
- Integrative multi-omics analysis
- Machine learning for biomarker discovery
- Pathway and network modeling in neurological disorders
I am honored to be advised by Dr. Zhaohui (Steve) Qin at Emory University.
I earned my MSPH in Biostatistics from Emory University in May 2024.

Sep 2026 — Our Nature Medicine ALS paper is featured as a Research Highlight in Nature Neuroscience: “Plasma biomarkers for ALS” (Nat Neurosci 29, 2056).
Aug 2026 — Oral presentation of LLMBDC at BIOKDD’26 (KDD 2026 Workshop): a training-free LLM framework for clustering Gene Ontology terms into interpretable biological domains.
Jul 2026 — Our Nature Medicine ALS study is featured in an official NIH News Release: “New blood-based biomarkers predict when ALS symptoms will emerge.”
Jul 2026 — Paper published in Nature Medicine: Longitudinal plasma proteomics predict phenoconversion to clinically manifest ALS — a 19-protein plasma panel predicting ALS onset up to 5 years in advance.
Aug 2025 — Paper published in Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention: a computational pipeline for estimating genetic ancestry from tumor RNA-seq data.
